Right Hand LV LLC — Terms & Conditions 1. Agreement to Terms By submitting a booking request or paying a deposit through this website, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions with Right Hand LV LLC ("the Company," "we," "us"). 2. Estimates Estimates provided through the app are good-faith approximations based on the information you provide. The final invoice may differ from the estimate if the actual scope, time, or materials required differ once work begins. Any work outside the originally described scope may be billed at an additional rate, communicated to you before that work is performed where practical. 3. Minimum Charge Each job is subject to a minimum charge based on service type and estimated duration, disclosed to you as part of your estimate. The cost of materials does not count toward this minimum. 4. Scheduling A submitted booking request reflects your preferred date and time — it is not a confirmed appointment. Your job is officially scheduled only once we accept the request and confirm a specific date and time, which will be sent to you. We reserve the right to decline a request or propose an alternate time based on availability. 5. Deposits Certain jobs require a deposit before scheduling, calculated as a percentage of the estimated total (minimum amounts may apply). Deposits are paid securely through the app's payment processor (Square). - Deposits are refundable if you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before the confirmed start time. - Jobs with an estimated duration of 6–8 hours require 36 hours' notice to remain eligible for a refund. - Jobs with an estimated duration of 8+ hours require 48 hours' notice to remain eligible for a refund. - Cancellations or reschedule requests made after these windows forfeit the deposit in full. - Changes to job scope after a deposit is paid may require an additional deposit before the job is confirmed. 6. Cancellations The following are treated as cancellations for purposes of this policy, each resulting in forfeiture of the deposit if within the notice windows above: - A request to reschedule after the applicable notice window has passed - The Client not being present at the confirmed start time - The Client being unreachable on the day of the job - The Client failing to supply required materials, or supplying incorrect/insufficient materials 7. Lateness A 15-minute grace period applies from the confirmed start time. If the Client is not present or reachable within 15 minutes of that time, the appointment is automatically treated as a cancellation under Section 6, and the deposit is forfeited. 8. Rescheduling Each job may be rescheduled one time. A second request to reschedule the same job will be declined. Following an initial reschedule, any further cancellation or reschedule request results in forfeiture of the deposit, regardless of how much notice is given. 9. Final Payment The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job, payable through the app. An optional tip may be added at that time. 10. Work Environment To help your technician do their best work, please try to have a clear, accessible workspace ready before the job begins — some open floor space around the work area, walkways free of clutter, and the AC or heat on to a comfortable working temperature. A little preparation goes a long way toward a smooth, efficient job. 11. Property & Liability The Company will take reasonable care while working in your home or handling your belongings. The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear present before work begins — please point out any pre-existing damage relevant to the work area before the job starts. In the event the Company causes damage to the Client's property during the course of a job, the Company's liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of the specific item or area damaged. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 12. Payment Processing Payments are processed by Square, a third-party payment processor. The Company does not store your card information. 13. Photos The Company may take before/after photos of completed work for the Company's marketing and portfolio use. If you'd prefer your job not be photographed or used this way, let your technician know on-site before work begins. 14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. 15. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. 16. Contact Questions about these Terms can be directed to (714) 884-5277 or support@righthandlv.com.
